Mothers, Movement and Market

I will be participating in the Mothers, Movement and Market event this Saturday. Come out and enjoy some yoga, dance, reiki sound bath and local vendors. $10 entry fee includes access to all of the days events and local vendors for the day.

I will be there participating a vendor selling dream catchers, smudging kits, smudging fans, teas as well as offering nasya treatments, free ayurvedic pulse readings and free tongue analysis. I will also be answering any questions regarding ayurveda and how it can help you.
